Calling all Students …

Do you like to make videos … win prizes… here’s your chance!

We invite you to submit videos that capture what it’s like to be a student at Wells – and win a prize for doing it! We’ll use the videos on our website, on social media outlets, and in various settings to help tell the Wells story. The idea is to help prospective students get a sense of Wells from a student point of view, as well as to show alumnae and alumni what Wells is like today. If you need some inspiration, think about how you might illustrate one or more of the following topics:

· Show us what just plain being a student at Wells means to you…

· What exactly does “the education of an extraordinary life” say about Wells, how does that come to life?

· What does a day in the life of a Wells student look like?

· Why Wells? Help us see what it is or was about Wells that makes you want to be here…

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 videos!

· $300

· Amazon Fire TV media player

· End of Year celebration gift basket

Some details:

· Videos should only be up to 3 minutes in length.

· Shoot with your iPhone or other device.

· There is no need for videos to be professionally edited.

· Videos must be submitted by noon on Thursday May 8thto communications.

And, last but not least, please read the fine print below before submitting:

· It is the sole responsibility of the submitter to gain permission from the people in the video prior to submitting it.

· Once submitted the video becomes the property of Wells College.

· Videos may be edited for length and clarity and may be used at the Office of Communications and Marketing’s discretion.
