1. An AT&T cellphone has been left at the Schwartz Athletic Center – it is password protected so we are unable to contact any of the numbers stored in the phone to possibly reunite the device with its owner.
The phone will be stored safely in my office within the Schwartz Athletic Center – please feel free to stop in and claim the device.

2. Join the Aurora Volunteer Fire Department on March 16th for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration! Have an Irish appetite? Enjoy a corned beef and cabbage dinner put on by the Masons from 3-7pm. The Fire Department will be serving beer and wine during the dinner and afterwards. LITTLE JOE (Lonsky) AND THE BIG SHOTS will be playing from 8pm to at least 11! Tickets to see the band are $5 and include one free beverage! We hope to see you there!

Academic Paper Contest
Write an academic paper that encompasses a theme of either day or night. This ?academic? paper can come from any field, from anthropology to sociology to literary criticism. Make sure your submission has a title. Once your work has been selected as the winner, our editors will work with you to edit content.
Scientific Paper Contest
Write a scientific paper that encompasses a theme of either day or night. Once your work has been selected as the winner, our editors will work with you to edit content.
Short Story Contest
Write a short story between 2,000 and 3,000 words that encompasses a theme of either day or night. Stories can range from creative non-fiction to fiction. Once your work has been selected as the winner, our editors will work with you to edit content.
Poetry Contest
Write a poem that encompasses a theme of either day or night. Once your work has been selected as the winner, our editors will work with you to edit content.
Photography & Studio Art Contest
Take a photo or create a work of art that encompasses a theme of either day or night. Make sure the photo (or scanned file and/or photo of artwork) is of good quality. If you wish to submit a photo or work of art through hard copy, campus mail to Chief Design Editor Jillian Fields, Box #192. Make sure your submission has a title.
Send all submissions to wellssycamore by March 20th–that’s the Wednesday after Spring Break!
4. WELLS WATERSHED PHOTO CONTEST
Rules:
1. Photos entered fall into one of the following categories:
Seasonal, Sunrise/Sunset, Architecture, Wildlife
2. Photos entered must belong to you, and are not from any outside sources (ex: Internet)
3. You may enter 1 photo for each category (total of 4 photos per person)
4. Photos entered must include the following information: your name, location and category
5. Photos will be accepted until April 1st 11:59 pm
Prize:
1st place will receive $25, their photo framed and a copy of Cayuga watershed poster
2nd and 3rd place will receive $20 and a copy of Cayuga watershed poster
